2. Data we collect

When you request a quote or booking: first and last name, ID document, email address, phone number, country of residence and, where applicable, arrival flight details and billing information.

When you contact us through the website forms, email or WhatsApp: the contact details you provide and the content of your message.

During the rental: driver’s license details and the data required by the rental agreement and applicable law.

3. How we use it

To manage quotes, bookings and rental agreements; coordinate vehicle pickup and return; issue invoices; answer inquiries; and comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

With your consent, to send you communications about your booking by email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out under Uruguayan Personal Data Protection Law No. 18.331 and its complementary regulations, on the basis of the performance of the rental agreement, compliance with legal obligations and the data subject’s consent.

5. Who we share data with

Only with providers needed to operate the service: payment processors (for card payments), hosting providers and messaging tools (such as WhatsApp, by Meta). These providers process data on our behalf for purposes limited to the service.

We may also share data when required by a competent authority in accordance with the law.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses technical cookies required for its operation (for example, to keep your booking in progress) and may use audience measurement and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) that rely on cookies in aggregate form. 7. Retention
