Young drivers:under 23 years of ageor with less than 2 years of driving experienceon their driver's license will be required to pay an additional feeof USD 5 per day on the rental and will be charged a 50% increase in the security deposit.
Senior drivers:over 70 years old. There is no additional charge to the rent, but the security deposit is increased by 50%.

N Nationals: Valid identity card (original).
Foreigners: Valid passport (original).
Valid driver's license, national or foreign (original). An international passbook is not required.
International credit card for the security deposit.
💳 Security deposit by credit card
It is mandatory to present an international credit card in the name of the contract holder to cover the security deposit or deductibles .
Debit cards or cash deposits are not accepted.
Only Visa and MasterCard stamps are accepted (American Express is not accepted).
The deductible is the maximum amount of the customer's liability in the event of a claim, except in the case of third-party fault proven by the company's insurance company.
The available balance will be released between 15 and 20 days after the vehicle is returned as a contingency for fines that may be reported late.
⚠️ The basic coverage included in the rate does not cover airbag rupture or vehicle rollover. If any of these cases occur, the maximum liability for the vehicle (security deposit) is doubled.
The amount of the security deposit or deductible varies depending on the model chosen:
USD 1,000: Economy and Compact categories: Renault Kwid, VW Gol Hatch, Chevrolet Onix, Citroen C3
USD 1,200: Sedan Models: VW Gol Sedan, Renault Logan. Chevrolet Onix Plus, Fiat Fiorino Van
USD 1,500: Renault Oroch Manual double cabin. Manual.
USD 1,500: Compact Automatic: VW Gol Hatch G8, VW Polo.
USD 2,000. Automatic SUVs and Electric Cars: Fiat Pulse, VW Nivus, Fiat FastBack, Renault Duster, BYD Seagull, BYD Dolphin
You can reduce your security deposit by 50%by purchasing extended insurance.

📆 Day Calculation
The following conditions are used to calculate rental days:
The pick-up day is counted as a full day, regardless of the drop-off time.
If the vehicle is returned:
Until 9:30 am, that day is not counted.
Until 12:00 noon, half a day's rental is charged.
After 12:00 pm, the full day is charged.
Examples:
Pickup on Friday at 10:00 am and return on Monday at 9:00 am is considered for 3 days.
Pickup on Friday at 9:00 am and return on Monday at 12:00 pm is considered for 3.5 days.
Pickup on Friday at 5:00 pm and return on Monday at 5:00 pm is considered for 4 days.
💵 Payment methods for rent payment
We accept payments in:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express stamps)

Cash(in dollars or Uruguayan pesos at the BROU exchange rate of the day)
Therental price does not varydepending on the payment method.
⛽ Full/Full Fuel Policy
All vehicles are returned with a full tank.
They must be returned with the same fuel level.
Otherwise, the cost of the missing fuel plus a 20% administrative fee will be charged.
Electric vehicles are delivered with at least 80% battery power. If the battery level is returned below 80%, a flat fee of USD 15 will be charged.
🧼 Vehicle Cleanliness and Condition Upon Return
The vehicle must be returned in reasonably clean conditions similar to when it was delivered.
If any of the following situations are detected, a USD 15 fine will be charged.
Excessive dirt.
Tobacco odor (smoking is prohibited in the vehicle).
Dirt generated by transporting pets (not permitted):

When you rent with us, you get:

🚗 Unlimited mileage: After 3 days of rental, drive without limit. Mileage.
🛣️ Tag Electronic Toll: When you return the vehicle, you pay the tolls used at the official rate. This fee is payable only in Uruguayan pesos, in cash or by debit card.
⛽ Full Tank: The fuel level upon returning to the vehicle must be the same.
💰 Taxes Included: Rates are in US dollars and include all applicable taxes.

Additional services such as GPS, child seats, or extended insurance are available for an additional cost.
* Note on unlimited mileage: 1-day rentals include 150km of driving time. 2-day rentals have 300km of travel time.
The cost of extra km will be USD 0.25/km.

Main Offices: No additional charge during business hours, USD 30 outside of business hours, to be arranged in advance.
A minimum 5-day rental is required for drop-off and/or return at Carrasco Airport. For exceptions, please email us with your inquiry.
❌ Not available: Deliveries or returns to other cities in Uruguay (e.g., Punta del Este, Colonia).

Child seats with ISOFIX (chair or booster depending on age and weight): Daily cost USD 3
🧭 Navigation
Garmin GPS: Daily cost USD 5.
Additional Driver
A one-time fee will apply. An additional USD 10 will be charged for each driver beyond the main rental.
Travel Assistance
You can choose to purchase assistance in case of punctures or lost keys for USD 2.50 per day. If you do not purchase this service and request it, you will be chargedUS$50 for this service.
